As per the present medical industry practice, we have been observing significant gaps. Some of the common observations are listed below : • Post patient examinations, Doctors have been prescribing medicine in hand written note. The medical shop employee (not highly qualified) interprets the prescription and gives the medicine, in case of generic medicine; they offer the medicines as per their business policies, impacting patients’ health. • Many times the patient directly visits the chemist without consulting the doctor to practice self medication which may result in incorrect medication hazardously affecting the patient and leaves no trace of medical history for the patient. • At times, given the medical conditions, patients consult two separate doctors like Orthopedic and Pediatrician, both may prescribe pain killer (medication), which may result in excessive medication. • For cancer patients, the doctors are required to manually calculate dosage to reach the conclusion of treatment. Possibility of human error. • Drug-Drug interaction. • Medicine’s genuineness? • For every visit the patient is expected to store and carry bulky medical reports. • Doctors’ Genuineness? • In the rural area, due to lack of planned schedule, the parents miss out the vaccination dose of their infants/children. • Reaching out to the masses about the health awareness initiatives taken by the government. We are creating, an exclusive platform that works as a Digital Health Locker for patients to access and share all the health records* anytime with complete privacy and total security. Simultaneously reducing treatment costs, helping with better time management.
