Eat Confetti is a unique luxury F&B brand also into FMCG and is an ecommerce platform started by Niharika Gollapalli with a hope to help people relive their childhood memories. Since its inception in April 5th, 2018, we’ve expanded into franchises all around Southern India. The first outlet took only about 4 months to open after the first store after which we’ve successfully launched 15 outlets Pan India. Eat Confetti is no ordinary dessert cafe chain. Our stores aim to hold an aesthetically pleasing value with an interactive, fascinating exhibition of turning ordinary, delight entangled around a wide range of assortments. We make everything from scratch and use real natural ingredients in hopes of bringing you the best of both worlds. With the help of a culinary chef, our Founder has crafted unique and creative food items that can only be experienced at Eat Confetti. Ranging from the trendy ‘Candyfloss burrito’ to the uncompromisingly delicious ‘cono-savouries’, Eat Confetti is a place suitable for all age groups. With a love for experimentation and a passion to research unique desserts, Niharika is constantly coming up with innovative confectionery menu items that are an instant trend on social media platforms. We’ve been offering a new take on the most delighted childhood dessert, the cotton candy, creating extraordinarily creations which are just about the closest thing to pure bliss. We have been constantly gaining popularity and therefore are planning to further expand our outlets into major metropolitan cities like Delhi, NCR, Bangalore, Ahmedabad, Pune, Trichy, Pondicherry, and Raipur. And with plans to launch an FMCG line of products for retail, apart from being a cafe chain brand, our story has just begun.
