EazyPG is changing the way young India lives! India by 2021 will become the youngest country in the world. 17 Crores millennials! Staying away from their homes in search of better education and career opportunities. And where do they stay? Rented PGs, flats, private hostels, apartments, dorms, and lodges. Imagine a 40 beds PG run by a mid-age Sharma uncle. Almost all of his time goes in collecting documents (govt. IDs) & figuring out whose rent is due, who has not paid, what is the per tenant electricity bill, who has paid through cheque/cash, answering tenant calls about complaints resolution and instructing staffs to resolve them. EazyPG automates all of these effortlessly through his smartphone without any babysitting. We believe the Indian PG owners are good people and want to provide good living experience to their tenants. And so we are enabling them with easy-to-use whatsapp like technology and save their time, efforts and money. EazyPG is a zero typing mobile app that automates tenant KYC, rent collection, income-expense management and complaints resolution for PG owners and tenants. With EazyPG, any PG operator with a smartphone can digitize his PG within 10 minutes and manage his entire business on his phone. With the EazyPG tenant app, tenants do not have to withdraw cash every time their rent is due, or remind countless times to get a complaint resolved or even call the staff for every small thing from the food menu to late-night entry. They can just EazyPG for everything! There are more than 10 lakhs PGs & 6 Cr tenants in the top 75 Cities of India. Our mission is to make life easy for both the PG owners and tenants by automating the repetitive work of PG management. And we will not stop till EazyPG OS (operating system) becomes the default way of running a PG & living in a PG.
