Company – Ecostride Private Limited (ESPL) Ecostride Private Limited (ESPL) a company registered under The Companies Act 1956 and having its registered office at Delhi with focus on green technology products for sustainable agriculture and environment to support the crop growers, the farmers, all around the world. ESPL Biotech is research based biotechnology company providing innovative green technology products to the crop growers – leading to high return; reduction in chemical addition to soil and environment, conservation of natural resources – soil, water and energy; aiming at agriculture and environmental sustainability. ESPL strive on development of best combination of synergistic microorganism from native soil under natural condition making the product suitable for wide application range under diverse agro-climatic conditions with improved host microbe interaction in soil leading to most optimum results and response. 2. Our Team ESPL has been formed by the experienced scientists and technocrats with their expertise in various steps of technology product development including Research and Development, scale-up, formulation, fermentation, production and manufacturing providing complete solution under the single window. The core team includes microbiologists; biochemical engineers; and formulation, production and fermentation specialists in addition to specialists in farm sector. 3. Products The broad range of product include mono-culture and multi-culture biofertilizers primarily of Rhizobium, Azotobacter, Azospirillum, Phosphate Solubilizing Bacteria, Bacillus megaterium, Paenibacillus polymyxa and Fructuria along with plant growth promoters like Trichoderma and Pseudomonas fluorescens. ESPL also has expertise in production of high efficiency biopesticide products of Beauveria bassiana, Bacillus subtilis, Metarhizium anisopliae, Verticilium, etc. We also offer various formulations of botanicals of natural plant extracts and their active ingredients not for only plant growth promotion but also for control of pest and diseases as per the specification and requirement meeting all the Regulation for their promotion. 4. SERVICES: 4.1. Custom Production The state-of-the-art production facility of ESPL offers large scale custom fermentation of biofertiolizer and biopesticides of agriculturally important microorganism as per the client’s requirement. The most important aspect of any product is the viability of microorganisms Post-fermentation, ease of application methodology and handling during transportation and storage. We work specifically with each client to find out suitable stabilization methods of the products either in dried, frozen, powder or liquid forms. 4.2. Establishment of Fermentation Facility With its long expertise, ESPL offers the establishment of world class fermentation facility to the extent of 16000 MT annual capacities for production of high end microbial technology products. The services so offered are from stretch depending upon client needs on turnkey basis including: 1. Lay out designing of land for proper placement of equipment 2. Custom designing of fermenters as per the product to be manufactured and capacity thereof 3. Utilities planning including boiler, compressor, DG Set 4. Others – water lining, electricity planning, ETP system 5. Troubleshooting 4.3. Real Time Technical Support Our scientific team are just a phone call or email away to provide real time technical support to our valuable clients/ partners. If a disease infested crop or soil receive from any of our client, our team analyzes it to determine its pathogenicity and make-up. Based upon the results of testing, the suitable treatment plan will be offered that is tailored to clients’ specific needs.
