Eggzone is a structured India-to-Middle East egg export enterprise anchored on a cluster-based co-operative model. The plan integrates existing Dubai Municipality-approved hatcheries, Maharashtra Government's CM Rural Livestock Entrepreneurship Scheme 2026, and a collaborative hatchery development framework across Maharashtra, Kerala, and Gujarat. Eggzone will establish export-oriented layer hatcheries in a Joint Venture/Co-operative format with established hatchery operators in Maharashtra, Kerala, and Gujarat. This builds long-term supply security and reduces dependence on external sourcing. Maharashtra's CM Rural Livestock Entrepreneurship Scheme 2026 provides the ideal framework. Under the scheme's poultry component (5000 birds with 50% subsidy for general / 75% for SC/ST): • Target Districts: Palghar, Raigad, Nashik, Solapur, Ahmednagar • Cluster format: 500 farmers per cluster x 500 layers = 1.25 lakh eggs/day/cluster • Target: 5 clusters in Year 1 (based on scheme approval timeline) • Egg Zone role: Provide chicks, feed, training, and guaranteed buyback • Scheme integration: Avail 50% subsidy on shed construction + equipment under scheme • FPC formation: Each cluster as a registered FPC eligible for NabKisan credit
