Once you download the app in Delhi or Gurugram, you instantly gain access to schedule a VegEase customised mobile cart (which acts as a mini store), that reaches your doorstep through just a few simple clicks. The world of VegEase app introduces you to check the availability of your favourite fruits and vegetables in the cart assigned to you. There is no need to pre order. There is no minimum order condition. Once you schedule a cart at your convenience, notifications and tracking system will keep you updated about your cart, just like you do when you book a cab. The cart arrives at your doorstep on designated time. The cart captain greets and welcomes you to enjoy shopping by handpicking choicest fruits and vegetables and while observing all safety protocols of social distancing, sanitizing hands, wearing gloves and masks and contactless payments (keeping in mind the essential needs of the present times). The VegEase cart brings to the consumers our diligent effort of merchandising, quality control and operations machinery. VegEase has a fleet of company owned CNG and electric vehicles all geared up to bring to its consumers any and all potential groceries as needed or required, with safety and care. The brand aims to promote an entirely green model of functioning along with promoting a new and unique lifestyle experience by changing the way people in cities purchase fruits and vegetables completely while simultaneously preserving the traditional handpicking feel. The brand has employed a work force of more than 200 employees across various organisational fronts including in house marketing and legal team, accounts and operations department, tech and delivery department. Around 100 employees of the 200 are on direct payrolls with the company, whereas 100 more are off-roll delivery and support staff. Not only is the company aiming to bring uniformity to this unorganised and untapped market of online retail of fruits and vegetables, but also trying to bring employment prospects across various related platforms for the youth of the country.
