Egylos Consult Media Private Limited is developing a technology-driven platform that introduces an Employment Score, a standardized digital credibility system designed to evaluate the professional reliability of employees and the workplace credibility of employers. Similar in concept to a credit scoring system but focused on employment rather than finance, the platform enables transparent, data-driven hiring decisions by transforming professional reputation into a verified and measurable digital identity. The current hiring ecosystem relies heavily on resumes, interviews, and informal references, which are often subjective and difficult to verify. This leads to hiring risks, skill misrepresentation, workplace disputes, and high employee turnover. There is currently no unified system that measures employment trust and professional conduct in a structured manner. The proposed platform addresses this gap through a dual evaluation framework. Employee credibility is assessed using verified employment history, reliability indicators, skill validation, and performance feedback. Employer credibility is evaluated based on salary payment consistency, workplace transparency, employee retention patterns, and verified workforce feedback. All data operates through secure and consent-based verification mechanisms. The solution introduces an innovative trust infrastructure for the employment ecosystem, creating accountability on both sides of the workforce while enabling faster and more reliable recruitment decisions. The platform follows a scalable SaaS-based model with applications across startups, SMEs, corporates, recruitment agencies, and gig economy platforms. With India’s rapidly growing digital workforce and increasing adoption of online hiring, the Employment Score has strong scalability potential and aims to become a standardized credibility framework supporting transparent, efficient, and trust-based employment markets.
