I am Amey more, 24 Yr. Mechanical Engineer. Always been surrounded by Automobiles since 3rd std. Passion made me to spend most of college time by participating in national level automotive events, It still goes on with Owning own small Custom Motorcycle outlet based in Pune, Kolhapur(Soon to start). I get in Electric vehicles, when we were preparing transmission system for our Formula Type 3 car. Curiosity of performance of electric motors who outplayed conventional Petrol counterparts in recent days. I eventually started working towards electric mobility, Had been participant for ID design contest (Where we prepared solution for Public mobility). According to studies, With 2.51 million deaths in 2015, India has been ranked No. 1 in pollution related deaths, according to a report by The Lancet Commission on pollution and health. China recorded the second highest number of such deaths (1.8 million). India accounted for about 28 per cent of an estimated nine million pollution linked deaths worldwide in 2015. I think there are lots of other energy options avail apart from Petrol,diesel. But in my way Electric is the best possible solution for recent days, In terms of availability, Storage, Performance. Thanks to TESLA to prove that. I founded Elekter technologies, INC. by 05/10/2017. We have been working on our solutions since Sep. 2016. At Elekter technologies, We are working for 3 verticals, E mobility, EV charging Infrastructure, Battery technology. We started our journey by taking a very basic survey among 150+ individuals from various age group and profession. One think that we found in common was to have access for charging on Public location. People are ready to switch to ELECTRIC, But before jumping in EV they need to have basic infrastructure around. We started working on EV charging hardware's, We recently have finished with our AC (3.3-30 KW) prototype, DC(3.3 KW) both are under testing.When we look out a existing scenario there are lot of European companies are having various configured chargers, But we can't compare Europe scenario to Indian EV scenario. There are 3.3 KW - 22 KW for single/Three phase chargers. But it took us lot of efforts to combine all the requirement to one hardware which itself have the capacity to work on both phases, Ranges from 3.3-30 KW, 16-50 Amp. In one hardware. We are working on Fast charging DC charger capacity up-to 80 KW, Ranges up-to 200 Amp. Simultaneously working on our Battery swapping technology. Why swapping Now? When we consider the scenario when Petrol pumps holds maximum traffic at peak hours,But it takes 3-5 min to fill up a petrol when get your bike at filling machine. Same considering scenario to have One Fast charging station having multiple outlet, When any random Eg. 5 EV have started their charging at same time, It can pull out lot of power at the same time which leads the Load on Grid itself. It hardly takes Battery swapping for 5 min. More than 5 EV owners can swap the battery at the same time. Also working on Our E mobility solution, Coming up with E scooter with swapping technology.
