Eliguard – one stop e-service vault, has been launched to connect Brand with Consumer home appliance companies. Finding the correct customer service number or contact details or getting the service of home appliances is a major headache. To keep the bills/vouchers/warranty of home appliances products is also a challenge. We, at Eliguard, connect both Consumers and Companies through - touch of a button. Eliguard is India's first One touch E-Service and Bill storage app. Eliguard’s broad vision includes extending e-services to the remote areas of the country where there is lack of access to service centres. Skilled service men will be identified in these regions and employment opportunities will be created in tie up with appliance companies. Even with the evolution of technology, people in villages have a melancholy to getting access to technology because of the fear of what if the appliance needs repairing in future. Eliguard will try to eradicate this fear in villages and bridge the gap of awareness and encourage people in remote areas and villages to use technology and get use of brands of home appliance products. In present Covid era it is important to enable Technology to reach people and bring about change in their lives especially in small towns and villages. The exodus migrant population can get opportunity to work from their own villages/towns by acquiring new skills. The modern appliances should reach the household to make their life easy. Eliguard will identify the skilled servicemen in remote areas of the country and villages with no service centres and tie them up with brands that seek skilled servicemen, in this process the brands can hence operate at distant areas and the skilled men in distant areas get employed which is a win-win situation. The superior after-sales service is very important to attract customers in such challenging times and is emerging as a key differentiator compared to local and regional players. At Eliguard we look to revolutionize the Service & IT Industry and encourage the industry in remote areas and villages with lack of access to the same.
