Elixgen System Management Pvt. Ltd. (ESM), headquartered in Nagpur, Maharashtra, is a Technology Startup pioneering energy intelligence for manufacturing units as energy is a “scarce commodity”. The venture is the brainchild of engineers, finance professionals and domain experts in embedded systems, cloud, and industrial automation. ESM would empower industries to monitor costs, improve uptime, achieve sustainability, improve the power management system, resulting into cost savings to the companies. The company’s flagship product Smart Energy Monitoring System (SEMS) combines indigenous IoT hardware, secure AWS cloud integration, and AI-powered analytics into a modular, scalable platform. SEMS brings SCADA-grade capabilities to industries at a fraction of the cost of traditional monitoring systems. Powered by an AI-enabled ESP32-S3 microcontroller, SEMS delivers real-time edge computation, resilience with SD card backup, and enterprise-grade security through AWS certificates, token-based authentication, and high-latency management. Our product which is a hardware driven by home-grown software would offer AI-driven bill extraction, machine-level cost analytics, and real-time cost visibility, SEMS would reduce dependence on traditional power audits and would provide BIS/IEC- and ISO 50001-compliant reports effortlessly. The objective of the company and the product is aligned with the countries mission of Make in India and Digital India, ESM is redefining industrial energy management by turning raw telemetry into financially actionable intelligence reports for CEOs, CXOs, and investors.
