With growing economic activities and rising need for education there will be a tremendous demand for stationery items for educational purposes as well as for businesses. There exists need for good quality notebooks and stationery items at competitive prices. . Solution We are coming up with an online platform for instant delivery of stationery items using hyperlocal networks. As backward integration Elpida manufactures notebooks and other stationery items. We also allow our customers to customise their stationery items based on their branding need. Uniqueness Elpida Mall is an e-commerce website for stationery products and gifts for individuals, corporate, schools and colleges. The online store has more than 2000 products across 20 categories including notebooks, handmade paper notebooks, notepad, paper, bags, pencil, spiral notebooks and other office supplies. . Revenue Model Revenue model of Elpida is to manufacture and sell notebooks through network of distributors, we also plan to have exclusive partner outlets at retail level. Our online platform (www.elpidamall.com) will have products from other brands as well, where we will become aggregator of orders and pass on to the partner outlets for local delivery.
