In the older days, the negotiation for settling the prices between the customer and the vendor was traditional and without facts. The development of a should cost model analysis for such processes which are currently a black box item, would surely help the organization unhide the savings potential which is maintained and not utilized by the supplier. EMuski helps clients with Value-Based Negotiation (VBN) and it will be a ‘Win – Win’ situation for both the supplier and the vendor which helps raise the value of the product in the market.
