eBaajaar is an Omni-Channel Farm-to-Fork Agri-Tech startup. Our mobile based e-marketplaces currently operates in FnV segment for Mumbai market. It connects consumers, food processors, vendors and farmers. This app enables end users to select, bargain and order fresh fruits & vegetables which gets delivered in less than 2 hours of confirmation. We are currently testing procurement directly from farm around Mumbai. In the test phase we were successful in transporting select FnV from farm to stores in less than 15 hours at a lower cost than traditional supply chain model. Being a tech company, our vision is to use AI to minimise food wastage (by predicting demand of particular area) and IoT to streamline supply chain. The overall aim is to reduce wastage and ensure higher value share for farmers and vendors while providing fresh supply to end users.
