Engineers Parcel is a comprehensive hyperlocal on-demand delivery services start-up that was founded by the students of IIT(ISM) Dhanbad, CSIR-CIMFR and IIT Kharagpur students during the Covid outbreak to resolve the concerns of common people who were baffled and severely impacted due to strong demand for a secure, safe, and hygienic courier service. Engineers parcel currently offers grocery, food, medicine, and pick-up and drop services. Engineers Parcel works hard to entice even low-income company owners to join our internet marketplace. To attract housewives’ entrepreneurs to our platform, we also promote homemade meals and cloud kitchen. We have effectively deployed technology-based automation strategies for quick onboarding offline business shops, including stock listing, inventory tracking, billing, and paperwork reduction. Our system employs the O-2-O business model, which entails the transfer of offline stores to online stores in order to provide consumers with a dual experience. This approach bridges the gap with technology, offering 24-hour services, a WhatsApp chatbot, text order, and calling order choice tools to make ordering and payment easy. We made our resources too easy for people of all ages to use, and we developed our user interface specifically for homemakers' comfort. Engineers parcel has attempted to close the void by creating a single portal that can meet all needs. We are initially partnering with a nearby shop to market the local pe vocal, which reduces delivery time dramatically relative to other places and thereby boosts the city's economy. Engineers Parcel has served students and efficiently distributed parcelling their credentials and other necessities from the hostel to their residences, and they are currently offering this parcel service to all college students.
