Introduction: Enoventive Decorations LLP (the Applicant) is a Limited liability Partnership incorporated as on 26th February 2019 and has its registered office address at Naresh Bhawan Block No. 6,244 Road No. 3, Jawahar Nagar, Goregaon West, Mumbai-400104, Maharashtra, India. Proposed Activities of the LLP: The Applicant LLP is incorporated with the object to carry on the business of manufacturing and supply of different components with the use of decorative techniques. To provide, avail, import and export services of decoration and painting of various components pertaining to home appliances, articles, plastic materials, automobiles, etc. To implement and pursue different techniques of decorations and paintings to develop software that can be utilized for decorations and painting of articles. To engage in the process of injection moulding and to produce the components of plastics and other materials. To carry out research and development activities in pursuance of the objects mentioned above. To enter into any contract or agreement with the third party and to make improvements and expansion of existing projects. Description of the technology used for business activities: The Applicant has commenced its operations with the sole purpose to decorate and beautify plastic moulded components with the unique process of SUPERIOR AQUA GRAPHICS TECHNOLOGY which is currently the first of its kind in India. The technology of superior aqua graphics allows the transfer of printed patterns and designs to any 3-dimensional surface or component. The Applicant shall commence using the above-mentioned technology on plastic moulded components which will be of utilization to its customers operating in industries like Automotive 2-Wheelers, Automotive 4-Wheelers, Home Electricals, Home Appliances, Bathroom Interiors, etc. Pictures of a few product designs are attached below in Annexure A. The uniqueness of our Superior Aqua Graphics technology is that we have the freedom of the substrate on which this technology can be used. Unlike other conventional machines, our technology permits the decoration not only on plastics components but also on metal, ceramics, glass, fiberglass and hardwood. The customer has the option to select from thousands of different patterns and designs and the Applicant can also create, develop and customize any specialized films as per the customer’s requirement. Our technology infrastructure is state of the art along with a clean room with tremendous automation for providing the best in class quality to our customers. This also gives us the potential to export components to various countries in the future. Our infrastructure has the potential to lead to higher productivity and output which will intern help us to increase our revenue. Environmental Protection: The infrastructure developed by the Applicant to conduct its business operations is also designed to re-cycle air and water and also has an effluent treatment plant to make sure that the sludge gets treated correctly in order to avoid any harm to the environment. Employment Generation: This segment of the business will also employ skilled people for production, painting and quality processes and semi-skilled people for maintenance and cleaning of jigs, fitment of the substrate to the jigs, etc. We intend to increase employment with our infrastructure.
