Entreprerana Foundation is a non profit company. We, at Entreprerana Foundation, work towards creating ‘Entrepreneurial Mindset’ among women and youth of Maharashtra. We are primarily focussing on nudging women and students towards entrepreneurship. We provide training towards - taking initiatives, thinking innovatively, taking calculated risks, controlling and adapting fear of failure, importance of networking and teamwork, quality consciousness and basics of accounts and wealth creation . There are about 40 Lakh women, working through 'Mahila bachat gat', in Maharashtra. These women from diverse social and geographical backgrounds are among the target groups. Also in Maharashtra, there are around 60 Lakh Secondary, Higher Secondary and college students, studying in Marathi medium. These students attending High schools and colleges are the primary target group for this initiative. The limited availability of entrepreneurship resources in Marathi, is the biggest challenge for ‘Entrepreneurial Mindset Development’. We are creating source material for training modules and books on entrepreneurship in Marathi. We are conducting awareness camps, seminars and boot camps and educational programmes. We are also Generating Digital Platform for Entrepreneurial mindset development .
