This is done through a franchise model, which includes providing equipment, horses, feed, and other necessary items to these businesses, enabling them to offer equestrian services to their clients without incurring additional costs for infrastructure and associated expenses. Furthermore, the company also manufactures horse-riding-related products through customised hand-made manufacturing by traditionally skilled craftsmen who were hitherto unemployed at their locations. This obliterates the need to invest in expensive factories and machines, bringing down costs while improving the quality of products. This approach also provides employment opportunities and revives a diminishing traditional cottage industry.
