ERAYSA AI is India's first end-to-end Hardware Lifecycle Execution Platform, operating on a Netflix-style SaaS subscription model combined with marketplace commissions and passport licensing fees. Organizations subscribe to ERAYSA AI based on the number of hardware assets they manage. Plans range from the Starter plan at ₹12,000–15,000 per month for up to 100 devices, the Business plan at ₹40,000–50,000 per month for up to 1,000 devices, the Enterprise plan at ₹1,20,000–1,50,000 per month for up to 10,000 devices, and custom unlimited pricing for large data centers and cloud operators. Once subscribed, organizations register their hardware assets on the platform. ERAYSA AI's artificial intelligence engine immediately begins monitoring every device 24 hours a day — tracking health scores, predicting failures, monitoring warranty expiry dates, and generating autonomous recommendations for each device. When AI recommends an action — such as extending a warranty, redeploying a device, sending it for refurbishment, or arranging certified e-waste disposal — ERAYSA AI does not stop at the recommendation. The platform connects the customer directly to a certified partner from the ERAYSA Marketplace — warranty extenders, refurbishers, decommission agencies, or e-waste handlers — and manages the entire execution process. The customer simply approves the action with one click. Every completed action is recorded in the device's Digital Hardware Passport — a permanent, verifiable lifecycle record that can be shared with auditors, regulators, insurers, and resale buyers. This passport is also licensable to third parties, creating a fourth revenue stream beyond subscriptions, managed services, and marketplace commissions.
