GTM 1: Rent the devices to institutions which have multi – location presence like creating national accounts. Provide a single window service. b. GTM 2: Appoint distributors in each city which will sell these devices to smaller hospitals/nursing homes. Back end service centers for the devices. c. GTM 3: Licensing of devices to other device manufacturers to make and sell under their brand name. The technology is yours. These people will help take the device to beyond the 50% in your markets and other geographical markets.
