During his 40 years of professional career, he worked with various Industries of repute Like TATA, BIRLA, L&T, JK Tyre, Indorama, Jyoti Structures in various Senior Positions & retired from AEL – MAHINDRA CIE Automotive Ltd., - a Spanish Multinational Company as Vice President (Strategy & Business Excellence). He also worked as Professor in Management (HRM & Strategy) with “Indian Institute of Information Technology & Management”- an Institute of National Importance -Govt of India. Dr Manoj Modani – PhD BE (Hons) Mechanical Engineering from BITS, Pilani Campus M Sc (Hons) Mathematics from BITS, Pilani Campus Over 33 years of corporate / industrial experience with companies like Escorts Ltd, DCM Toyota Ltd, GE Aircraft Engines, Punj Lloyd Ltd, JK Tyre & Ind Ltd, GFL Ltd etc. Also overseas experience of working in World bank funded project Panpaper Ltd in Kenya and Setting up of design centre and factory in China for Microtek. Prem Chand Agrawal Mr Agarwal is a qualified Company Secretory with LL.B., CAIIB & FCS & Practicing Company Secretary having 40+ years of work Experience with various Listed and Unlisted organizations as head of finance, Secretarial and legal function along with the core activities of looking after corporate Governance. Also worked with Bank of Baroda. Handled various secretarial assignments including legal issues, due Diligence, Private Equity, foreign joint ventures, IPO, Slump Sale, Mergers & demergers etc. Dr M.K. Sahib Dr Sahib is an Internationally reputed Biotechnologist Served in Harvard Medical College & University of Colorado (USA), Head- National Institute of Medical Research (London), Director-Central Drug Research Institute at Lucknow. Retired as Executive Director of Wockhardt Ltd., Mumbai , having 40+ Years of Experience in Bio-technology, Bio-chemistry & Bio-Pharma Industries and consultant to many countries around the world. Uday Shankar Yerramilli Uday is BE from NIT Warangal and a Management Graduate from IIM, with 20 years of working experience in Strategy, Operations, Business Excellence and People practices. instrumental in conceiving Business Strategies resulting in multi-fold growth and diversification for businesses, Financial & Operational Turn around. Yuvraj Sithaiyan Yuvaraj is a Mechanical Engineer with overall 22 Yrs working Experience in process improvement with Murugappa, Balmer Lawry. During his last 11 years of consultancy services, he supported 11 plants for ESG implementation and 47 organizations for different JIPM (Japanese) Awards starting from Excellence award to Special award). He is also an Assessor for European Federation Quality Management (EFQM) Business Excellence Model and assessed 9 organisations all over the country.
