The dairy sector in India faces numerous underlying issues today. Health & safety, subpar animal husbandry management, adulterated products, and poor hygiene standards are practised in the operations & product production processes, among other issues, to reduce costs. The customers don’t get the value in exchange for the price they pay for the products. At Eschelle Pvt Ltd, we aim to bring hygienic dairy products that are natural, pure, with no adulteration and are made in the alpine/Himalayan region of North Bengal. Combining international knowledge and expertise, we want to bring healthy dairy products to the health-conscious consumers. Our business model builds direct, fair-price relationships with local farmers, adding stable rural incomes in fragile hill economies. In addition, we follow Maximum Milk Utilisation — Zero-Waste Processing; for every ounce of milk we source, we create high-quality products & by-products like whey protein drinks & powder (future), thus offering solutions to nations’ protein deficiency conundrum.
