Esthoseson Agro Products Private Limited is a private limited company primarily engaged in processing and marketing of fruit products along with assurance on high quality. The company produce canned pineapple slices, chunks, tidbits and its other value added products packed in easy open end cans; pineapple juice and pineapple based yogurt drinks; pineapple based energy drinks. The unit is capable of processing other fruits like orange, lemon, apple, jackfruit, pomelo, mango, rambutan, mangosteen, tomato, cashew apple, grapes, passion fruit, strawberry, lychee, papaya, guava, carrot, sugarcane & its other value added products. The company enjoy location advantage where the production plant located in east marady, muvattupuzha which is merely 10 kms from Vazhakulam the largest Asian pineapple market and also known for producing the high-quality variety of pineapple (mauritius). The company uses state-of-the-art Cold Membrane Concentration Technology for the production of 100% natural juice. This technique ensures that all benefits of the fruit, as the nature intended, is preserved in the product. There is no added water, sugar or preservatives. We use aseptic filling to pack the juice in Gable Top/Brik Cartons and Aseptic Bags. The membrane concentration preferentially separates water from juice without affecting its nutritional properties, which is known as Botanical Water. We intend to use this water for the production of energy/sports drink, which we believe, is the first time in the world. We also intend to fortify such drinks with minerals derived from natural sources for added health benefits. The multi-fruit processing facility has a processing capacity of about 100 metric tons fruits per day, primarily focusing on the value addition of GI tagged Vazhakulam Pineapple of Mauritius variety. Our products are manufactured under highest hygienic standards and strict quality control in all areas of production. Great care exercising from the raw material procurement to processing and packing to ensure consistency and adherence to specification. We work closely with growers and extent them all technical support to produce the best fruit the right way. We are committed to comply with the FSSAI regulations of the country. We also have international certifications like ISO, HACCP, Halal, GMP to ensure product quality and food safety.
