Through a ₹30 annual subscription, citizens receive WhatsApp and SMS alerts about new and ongoing government schemes. Trained Jan Seba Mitras (JSMs) provide doorstep assistance for online applications, document delivery, and awareness campaigns at the Panchayat level.
