1. Dealership operation is manual and difficult:- EVMall will make DMS(Dealer Management Software), Service Job Card Management Software, Service Tracking Software, Customer Feedback Management Software, Integrated Invoicing. This will allow managing dealerships very efficient even remotely. Operation of EV dealership should be very optimized, so that it will promote new and educated investors to venture into segment. Just like other successful chained business outlets, design and construction guidelines and assistance can be provided. 2. Getting servicing and repair work done for electric 2 wheeler is difficult :- Just like Urban Company, mobile app based platform will be made available to schedule service and repair work any electric two wheeler. Service will be provided at home. This service will cover vehicles from almost any manufacturing company. This will also cover charger installation service at home and parking lot. Service will extend to repair and replace any EV part including motor, controller and battery. EVMall will tie up high quality part manufacturers to provide option for vehicle of any brand. All repair service and replaced parts by EVMall will come with warranty. Using this platform all scrape Lead Acid and Lithium batteries will be collected and handed over to recycling units. 3. Training for Electric 2 wheeler service:- EVMall will create training platform to train technicians to work on EV 2 wheelers. Compressive knowledge about battery, safety check and motor controller, controller will be provided. Platform will incorporate online knowledge gathering system for basic information followed by hands on practical on repair of vehicle. 4. Discovery platform:- :-Just like policybazar now electric vehicle buyers can see available options in their area, dealers, feature comparison, prices etc. 5. Battery Management System:- Make software based generic battery management system, which can work across all battery manufacturers. Also work on Lithium substitute of battery.`` 6. Inefficient Distribution of Vehicles across India:- Electric vehicles can be distributed via rail, road, small vehicles for last mile to optimize transportation cost. Distribution is 3rd largest expense in the cost of electric vehicles. Having generic and reliable transport for all or majority of manufacturers will optimise cost and increase efficiency. 7. Battery pack and possibly cell manufacturing:- EVMall intend to put up cell and battery pack manufacturing unit. Using service platform EVMall can replace battery manufactured by EVMall itself which will be safe and cost efficient by cutting all middleman cost of supply chain. Explore LTO and Aluminium air battery manufacturing. 8. Battery Recycling and collection - Using service platform made by EVMall, all used batteries will be collected. EVmall can make them available for recycling to other companies and eventually establish recycling plant. 9. Charging station using Solar power - Using the combination of Aluminium Air batteries and extracting Aluminium from Aluminium oxide using solar energy, low cost charging statuin using powered by solar energy can be made. 10. Vehicle Conversion Kit :- Extend service platform to provide option for conversion of existing petrol vehicle to electric vehicle. Develop system to do this efficiently for common models. Get it RTO approved. Training platform should provide training for installing conversion kit as well. 11. Highly connected research Community:- Maintain research community using social media and website. Keep all problem statement and bottlenecks clearly listed. Have a mechanism for domain experts to provide their opinion on solutions and have brainstorming sessions on them periodically.
