Exponentialists is a company focused on Use Artificial intelligence (computer vision techniques) to discontinuously change the way construction industry operates, by bringing real on-site data to life, vastly enhancing inspection and control during construction, and asset’s maintenance & valuation during its useful life. Construction industry as a domain is very deficient in the penetration of efficient IT tools to delivery process efficiency. Large aspect of construction especially on-site activities suffers from a dearth of effective software tools leading to a prevalence of manual activities bringing with it the inherent lack of accuracy, efficiency, and risks. Our endeavor, at Exponentialists, is to build a hi-tech software solution that is cloud enabled and powered by AI + ML (Computer Vision) that tackles three specific problem areas: 1. Pioneer AI powered automated site inspection using images captured form mobile phones. The AI model will use these images to perform QA/QC checks real-time on cloud and on the edge. 2. Advance creation and updating of As-Built Asset Information Models, from actual site data. This information is invaluable for asset owners across the asset’s useful life for planning brown-filed projects, maintenance, and asset valuation. 3. Deliver a sophisticated inspection management platform that facilitates the ion-site inspection process, manages all communication between stakeholders, track project progress & timelines and flag possible delays at a micro level.
