FxHRTec How can organizations change the HR function itself to operate in a digital way, use digital tools and apps to deliver solutions and continuously experiment and innovate? In our quest to find out what organizations are doing in these areas and particularly how HR is driving their own digitization agenda. We have collaborated with many large to SMEs organizations to understand the real problems and have already started solving them with our team of HR Subject matter experts & technology experts. 3. FxSkillDev The world around us is changing rapidly. Technological innovations have become faster and cheaper — making traditional jobs and skills redundant. The fourth industrial revolution is expected to give rise to a growing need for newer skills and better job preparedness. As the job market transforms, students are finding it increasingly difficult to keep up with the pace of the evolving skill requirements. Getting a promising career path for students, rather than just a college degree, is the need of the hour. Although education is considered to be the backbone of economic development, students graduating from HEIs today are not job-ready. To solve this very relevant problem today working with academia and corporate.
