Spurred by changes in the taste for variety, even among the low income segment, the consumption of foods, such as fatty and sugary products are at the rise.A basic shift in eating preferences, diet diversity induced mainly by income increase, low prices and food availability, modern food industry and the mass media. Major consequence of the nutrition transition has been a decline in under-nutrition accompanied by a rapid increase in obesity and other modern life style disease primarily due to the consumption of convenience-based foods products such as processed and packaged foods.Easily accessible low priced junk beverages and snacks spoil rural Children & Youngsters health and well being.With 18+ years of wonderful experience in food industry, as a Founder I envision a Healthy and Prospering Rural India through my innovative and nutritious food products.
