Fatherson Biotech Private Limited is in the business of Recycling Polypropylene (PP) & Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (ABS) and regenerating effectively usable PP & ABS Recycled Polymer Resins from the Post Consumer and Post Industrial Plastic Scrap materials. With the mission of creating Environment friendly products, we (Fatherson Biotech Pvt.Ltd.) is in the business to save the valuable Foreign Exchange by reducing the Feedstock and Virgin polymer imports, conserving the natural resources and creating a sustainable Green and Pollution free environment. We are investing into innovating automatic plant where every process will be automated & will perform the entire chain of manufacturing process in auto mode right from washing to storage & manufacturing the final finished product. Our automatic plant has an Innovative technology, wherein after our Research & Development we (Fatherson Biotech Pvt.Ltd.) had developed property to produce 100% approved Virgin Polymer Resins. Keeping in mind Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) criteria, we had invested into most modern latest Plant, Machinery & equipment’s where our Final produce of Recycled PP/ABS plastic material will be free from contamination & dust free. This will help company to achieve social goals which is top priority of our country. There is a big demand of virgin PP & ABS material in India & still our country is dependent on Imports to meet such requirements. We (Fatherson Biotech Pvt.Ltd.) will be reducing such import requirement by producing & making available such Recycled Polymer Resins in our country. As there is big requirement for PP & ABS material in India, we have plan to keep investing on regular basis in latest automatic Plant, Machinery & equipment to increase production which will not only reduce dependency on imports but also will generate lot of employment in the country.
