In their own words

We build biodegradable batteries from crop residue, a waste product in Indian agriculture often burnt, causing severe air pollution. Using a unique extraction and filtration process, we manufacture rechargeable cells with nanodot peptides derived from this residue. Our IoT- and AI-enabled battery packs serve EVs, BESS, and consumer electronics. Unlike lithium-ion batteries, which are scarce, hazardous, expensive, and slow to charge, our peptide crystal batteries are safer, sustainable, faster charging, and about 35% cheaper with comparable performance. After use, these batteries naturally degrade, reducing environmental impact. We hold 50+ patents in India and filing internationally. Nexus Power’s innovation addresses the $10 trillion global EV market, with India expected to drive 70% of growth by 2030. Our technology offers a clean energy solution that promotes sustainability and affordability in battery technology.
