Entrepreneurship provides the ability and flexibility to take decisions. However, the competitive business world brings many challenges to entrepreneurs. We must understand these challenges that can hinder entrepreneurs from achieving goals, and even make entrepreneurship more difficult. Fortunately, we have resources than ever before to tackle these problems. Secondly, in our country, businesses are in place for many years. But they lack a strong process. This puts them in a struggling mode and prevents from achieving the set targets. Demand-supply mismatch is another area, which needs a lot of attention. A common scenario in the industry is the lack of a system that ensures a proper co-ordination of the service provider and the client. Felix is a business advisory service, capable of dealing with above problems. Our primary objective is to help the start-ups and companies in establishing the required processes. We have a team of experts to cater various business requirements. Our specialty is that we appoint a Single Point-of- Contact (SPOC) for our clients. It is a dedicated resource that the client utilizes to solve forefront issues. This saves time of entrepreneurs and hence they can focus on more productive work.
