Front Fashion Indicon LLP is a sustainable denim manufacturing enterprise based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, built to solve one of fashion's hardest environmental problems. Denim is the most resource intensive garment in the world, and its finishing stage consumes heavy water, discharges chemical effluent, and relies on carbon intensive power. FFILLP reengineers this process from the ground up.Our unit runs entirely on captive solar power, making it Gujarat's first fully solar powered denim manufacturing facility. We replace conventional stone, bleach and potassium permanganate washes with non chemical laser and ozone finishing, eliminating hazardous discharge while sharply reducing water use. On site rainwater harvesting and recycling close the water loop, cutting freshwater draw per garment.Operating across 20,000 square feet with over 185 semi automated machines and SEDEX Pillar 4 social compliance certification, FFILLP produces designer denim for leading Indian and global brands, and offers sustainable wash finishing as a service to any label seeking clean, audited denim.Led by founder and designer Parshvani Shah alongwith Kushan Shah, the enterprise combines environmental performance with the wash aesthetics brands sell on. FFILLP aims to become India's reference plant for clean, circular denim, generating skilled employment while proving that sustainability and scale can go together.
