Fiel is a technology platform that connects Indian households with verified, background-checked household help of every kind, starting with cooks and maids and expanding to the full range of domestic services. The domestic help market in India is almost entirely unorganised. Families rely on word of mouth with no verification, no reliability and no recourse, while workers have no structured access to fair, steady employment. Fiel solves both sides of this problem: households book trusted, skill-matched help through our app and website, and domestic workers get dignified, consistent livelihood opportunities. We launch operations in August 2026 in Bengaluru, where demand for reliable household help is high and visibly underserved. Fiel is building the trust and technology layer for India's domestic services economy, a scalable marketplace with high potential for employment generation.
