Figment Global Solutions Pvt Ltd was incorporated in 2012 with registered office in Nagpur. The company is managed by Directors Mr. Sapan Jain, Mr. Harsh Mehadia and Mr. Himanshu Chordia. All the Directors are qualified Chartered Accountants having extensive expertise in the field of revenue audit, internal audit, direct taxation, system audit and UAT. The company was incorporated with focus on providing legal compliance solutions in the fields of corporate law and taxation. It has now established itself as a leader in the field of end to end TDS compliance solutions for Public Sector Banks and financial institutions. We have a software development Centre and IT infrastructure at Nagpur. With a team of around 100+ trained employees, we have Chartered Accountants, IT professionals, Ex–Bankers and trained Graduates. We also have separate onsite teams based at Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai and Bangalore. Our TDS processing utility is developed in-house and is available both on-premise and on cloud. We have designed cloud utility “TAXCPC” especially keeping co-operative banks and small private banks/corporates in mind as many of these clients are accessing their CBS and ERPs through cloud services. Further, we have successfully installed TAXCPC Application in five major PSBs namely Bank of India, Punjab National Bank, Indian Bank, Indian Overseas Bank, Punjab Sindh Bank & many RRB’s. “TaxCPC” is a complete TDS compliance solution, available on cloud, designed to provide enterprises 24*7 assistance in filing quarterly TDS returns, 15G/H compliance and TDS rectification processes.
