Fincrux is focusing on creating a set of digital solutions in combination with a stock simulator that will enable generation of user data through which skill-based and behaviour-based assessments can be made for recruitment decisions. How we’re different: Fincrux is focused on two nodes: helping users navigate the stock market in an easier manner; and helping companies make faster and better recruitment decisions. For users, we are building a web and mobile based application named ‘Finlatics’ that is embedded with a stock simulator, some financial games and exercises & financial education courses that make it easier for them to understand equity markets. Along with enabling stock market understanding, we also aim to provide interested users with access to jobs in leading finance companies. For companies, we have built proprietary analytical models that help them in their recruitment decisions. These models run through the data generated by users on our platform, automating skill – based and behaviour – based assessments; thereby optimising the match of job seekers and companies. Apart from automating assessments, real – time exposure given by our platform helps companies get pre-trained candidates.
