The change in the business model over the past few years has led to an increased dependence on intangible assets as opposed to tangible assets. According to a report by research center Ponemon Institute and Aon Plc, at the end of 2018, 84% of the total market value of S&P 500 is derived from intangible assets which translates to a value of $21 trillion (Source: Bloomberg). This shift picked up very sharply after the financial crisis of 2008 and is taking off anew during the Covid-19 lockdown. However, there is an acute shortage of valuation professionals having expertise in this domain. We provide valuation of such assets with the help of most advanced analytical tools such as diagnostic analytics, predictive analytics and present the outcome in the most sophisticated data visualisation tools such as tableau and Power BI.
