Our Mission is to reduce T&E process complexity, design the perfect trip, improve lead-time, adhere to compliance and achieve better employee satisfaction while leveraging the full capacity of the SAP Concur Application solution in a way which helps our customers in achieving their business goals. As a provider of professional services, FinTrans is passionate about delivering “true” transformation for the finance function of Travel & Expense management. Transformation is the nature of our business and our original strength when delivering to our customers while equally putting emphasis on the end-to-end Travel & Expense Management process as well as systems, considering each and every customer’s specific business & system strategy down to detailed requirements. We are targeting the highest standardisation and harmonisation from established methodology and embed advanced and unique FinTrans assets and tools throughout the process. We integrated the different components of the program in one End-To-End solution, creating synergies and smooth transition to Enterprise Application Development & Maintenance and BPO. We have experience in all 3 towers and we understand dependencies and complexity. FinTrans fully takes our Key Leading Practices into consideration: Simplicity and usability (e.g. mobile apps), Integration to ERP and Credit Card Feeds, Lean and integrated process with high degree of automation, KPI and reporting (analytics & intelligence) in place, Simplified approval processes, Standardised expense reports, Pre- and post-payment audit process in place.
