With an asset-light operating model, Fishappy is an express home-delivery service for fresh & salt water fish, tender and juicy exotic meat products, available through phone, whatsapp and online. Fishappy is an asset-light express delivery model for fresh fish and meat products employing a network of verified-vendors for sourcing, segregation & inventory management. In operation for more than 36 months, Fishappy was bootstrapped with Rs. 1.8lacs (USD 2500) and currently averaging a run rate of Rs. 50 lacs p.a. in gross sales.
