Our Story FitGramz began with a simple question: “Why should we give up traditional food just to stay healthy?” We noticed that protein powders and supplements were everywhere, but the food on our plates still lacked the nutrients our bodies really needed. So we took a new approach: Traditional Indian staples + Modern nutrition science= Everyday meals that fuel better living.
