Inspired from Prime Minister dream Project start-up Concept, Mission Team Fitness Start-up Service to build heathy nation. Organization – Fitness FIRST Nation FIRST Mission – Team Fitness “Mission” Mission – Team Fitness continuously working on developing comprehensive health and fitness solutions which helps you in building a fit lifestyle. Instead of trying to “out-discipline” modern life we can establish healthy habits that work with our hectic lives and our core attention on our nursery and women’s health “Vision” To inculcate fitness as a religion, which is a way of life, worshiped, feared at times but mostly respected. We are committed to enriching the society and nation by providing unparalleled and inclusive motivation and recreational health programs, services and facilities to promote physical, social and emotional health and wellness. “Core working area” Regular fitness activities in based location, Alipur, Delhi Awareness camp/workshops in public areas, Parks, Society, School, Colleges or offices. “Workshop Includes” Physical Fitness - Core training in two category - Career oriented or fitness oriented Mental Fitness - Psychological workshops to come out from aggression, depression, hipper tensions, domestic and social health issues. Biological awareness – Human Biological mechanism, behave management, brain mapping to brain building. Career counselling –Productive time mgt. Skills mgt. & Career Goal mgt – Motivational diets. Caution learning - pros & cons of electronic gadgets, Productive use of internet, Safe uses of social platform to prevent from any digital Hijacking. Social Program - Yoga Day, Marathons, Mother’s Day, National Day / Festival celebration, Cultural activities, Yearly Fitness fair awards. Awareness workshops in college, public place. Knowledge bldg. exercises – Questionnaire session to build knowledge related to nation, Culture, nature, education, GK, during workout. Diet Management – Balance Diet Management, Awareness of Healthy Diet Management. About Dieting disorder in our routine life.
