ClipCaption is an AI-enabled, autocaption app for Bharat. The app has been designed to be mobile-first with very high transcription accuracy for Indian and mixed languages (e.g Hinglish). The app is built on top of state of the art LLMs, Speech to Text AI models, Image Segmentation and enterprise-grade video and audio pipelines. We are a team of IIT Delhi graduates with 8+ years of experience in building and scaling B2C SaaS solutions for emerging markets. We are leveraging our experience to build a product that can succeed in a market where users are price sensitive, are mobile first and have specific regional preferences that are underserved by global tech giants. Currently ClipCaption is being used by 30k users who process 500+ videos on a daily basis. We are operationally profitable and are investing signficantly into product development. Our vision is to develop a full-scale, affordable, mobile-first AI video editor for India and emerging markets across the world.
