Additionally, students who visit a city for a few days to take exams or attend courses often struggle to find short-term accommodations and are forced to stay in expensive hotels.The Flatexa Solution:Flatexa is an innovative platform designed to address these challenges head-on. We offer a comprehensive listing of PG accommodations that cater specifically to students. Our platform is unique in several ways:Broker-Free Experience: We eliminate brokerage fees, which immediately makes our service more affordable for students. By directly connecting students with PG owners, we cut out the middleman, providing cost-effective solutions. The PG and hostel owners normally rely on brokers for their tenants and they usually cost the first 15 days fees of the deposit money as the commission. When the brokerage fees will be eliminated, ultimately the rent for the tenants become less and Flexible Booking Options: Whether students need a place to stay for a few days or several months, Flatexa offers flexible booking options. We also allow students to book PG accommodations just like they would book a hotel, with short-term stays available, making it ideal for exam takers and short-term visitors.Quality Assurance: We partner directly with PG owners to ensure that all accommodations listed on our platform meet high standards of safety, cleanliness, and comfort.
