The Globalization and the changing landscape of business we realized the fact that the need to distinguish ours from the crowd. Addressing the major challenges facing the industries, Bridging the gap between promise v/s performances we at Flexconnect use a tech enabled latest and relevant system that play a vital role right from all kind of our communications including responding on RFQ, Commercials, selection and identifications of vendor, carrier planning, placement track and trace etc All vehicles are equipped with GPS, or Sim tracking facilities that will API with our software system and remain the major differentiator. Lack of right kind of service providers (transport vendors) and drivers are yet another challenges. Addressing its systematically Flexconnect decided to develop and groom small businessmen as our vendor by providing them 90% advance against each trip and through giving more business opportunities thereby encourage them to buy more vehicles. In association with skilling India, will attract and train rural unemployed youth as skilled drivers. Special category training to be given for drivers for carrying Hazardous chemical and waste, radioactive shipments as well as Puller, Excel Etc that will help them to improve their pay scale and reducing the shortage in the segment. As a part of our corporate social responsibilities’ drivers are insured by Flexconnect even on trip wise . These new initiatives improve the confidence and social securities to drivers and their families. Our corporate policy will remain rather than owning trucks and trailers and wasting the energy on maintaining the vehicles and managing the driver’s complete attention to given for selection of the right vehicles from pre-approved vendors and then investing all their energy on taking care of the movement of the cargo.
