Fluxella is a technology-driven startup that provides fully automated smart printing vending machines, enabling users to print documents quickly and conveniently without any human assistance. Through the Fluxella mobile app or website, users can locate the nearest machine, upload their documents, select printing options (black & white or colour, single or double-sided), make a digital payment, and receive their printouts instantly. Business Model 1. Smart Printing Service (B2B2C): Fluxella installs automated printing machines in universities, colleges, libraries, and other high-footfall locations through a rental or revenue-sharing model. Our first machine is successfully operating at Alliance University, where more than 4,000 students have already used the service. 2. Machine Sales & Franchise (B2B): We manufacture and sell our smart printing machines to institutions and entrepreneurs. Along with the hardware, we provide our software platform and technical support while earning a recurring 10–15% service fee through our franchise model. 3. E-Commerce Platform: Fluxella is also developing an e-commerce marketplace where businesses can sell their products through our application. By leveraging our existing student user base, we aim to provide brands with direct access to customers while earning a 5–10% commission on each successful sale. Our vision is to build India's largest smart printing network and gradually expand Fluxella into a comprehensive digital platform serving students, educational institutions, and businesses.
