Guerrilla Bots introduces Guerrilla Process Automation (GPA) — a category that addresses the structural gap left untouched by enterprise RPA and AI agents. Enterprise RPA requires developer involvement and justifies cost only at high transaction volumes. AI agents introduce non-determinism unsuitable for fully-specified, repeatable workflows. Neither addresses the last mile: the 50–55% of manual back-office work that is structured, deterministic, and has never been automated because implementation cost never justified the volume. GPA collapses that cost to zero. I² Recorder captures deterministic workflow logic by observing the user's own actions in the browser. No developer. No scripting. A business user records a process once; the system replays it exactly. Workflows are stored in the open .gbw format, versioned locally, and executed by Operative — a lightweight desktop agent running on IT-approved user infrastructure with no cloud dependency for execution. Debrief is a .NET-based Excel intelligence layer that reads existing workbooks, extracts business logic embedded in formulas and layouts, and surfaces it in structured, automatable form — addressing the critical last-mile input layer where most back-office processes begin and end. Deputy is a human-in-the-loop recovery system. When automation encounters an exception it cannot resolve, it escalates to the operator, captures the resolution, and resumes without losing workflow state. AI is embedded situationally — for exception classification, intent inference, and workflow repair — never as the primary execution engine where determinism is required. Global addressable market: 100–150 million back-office roles performing structured, repeatable work that has never been automated. India: 12–18 million such roles, with 400–500 hours of automatable work per person per year.
