We at eSmartHire take care of all candidate needs with their attention in favor of available jobs. We do it by our strong search engine with best technologies used like Machine Learning, Best Algorithms, Robotics & analytics. We give unique features to candidates like free resume creation, accessibility to job applied, similar jobs notification, region wise job notification, daily/weekly/Monthly quiz on their skills to get badges etc. Also, we give unique features to Recruiters/ Employers like best search engine in market to get desired result as per their requirement. We are looking to have 99.9% data from Mero cities where recruitment need is at the top. We are creating separate sessions for start-up hiring as lots of startup are hiring now a days. We are creating separate session for premium candidates with 99.9% data covered to fulfill premium recruiting purposes. We are going to incorporate all ignored domains like Manufacturing, Façade Glass, Small Industries, Internships, Sales, Hospitals, Hotels etc. eSmartHire Portal would be a one-time solution where candidate can submit their details and be assured that it will go to relevant recruiter and they will get hired. To us, remaining static is not an option.
