Employment generation is not limited to only Government Organisations, but it is an equal responsibility of the Entrepreneurs to start new innovative ventures and generate an employment for literate, educated, unskilled, semi skilled and skilled youths by providing them job oriented training and by retaining them into these innovative ventures. It has been observed that lots of educated youths invest their primary days in preparing for various Govt. job oriented competitive examinations with hardly less than 1% success ratio. By the time these aspiring youths exhausts their all chances to be selected for Government jobs, they become frustrated and lost interest in pursuing private jobs demanding lots of hard work and consistency. It leads to increased unemployment and involvement of these youths in to criminal activities, which disturbs the social harmony. In other hand various manufacturing and service sectors face the acute shortage of manpower with requisite education and skill set. To bridge this gap, Foenix IFM and Consultancy Services Private Limited has been incorporated to recruit these aspiring youths and provide them with suitable job as per their academic standard and skills. In parallel, record their education and interests for Government jobs, identify published jobs according to their interests, encourage & assist them to fill the exam/recruitment forms & remit its requisite fees, prepare them for these exams/recruitments by giving coaching & training through experts, help them to appear for these exams/recruitment drives ad relieve them from the company if they get selected for these jobs. Continue this cycle till the time they get selected, or lose interest, or exhaust their all chances. I this way the aspiring youths will not waste their prime time only in attempts to secure the Government job, but they will be earning through an employment at Foenix IFM and Consultancy Pvt Ltd. If they get selected through competitive exams or recruitment drives then their dream comes true. But even if they don't secure Government job, then also they will have a stable private job with good seniority and salary. The manufacturing and services sector industries will also have seamless required experienced manpower. This innovative idea has a potential to generate employment/ create wealth by its effective implementation.
