Fractal Ventures Private Limited, operating under the brand name Pavo Ads, is building a technology-enabled hyperlocal Digital Out-of-Home advertising network. The company installs cloud-managed digital screens at premium retail stores, gyms, salons, spas, cafés and other high-footfall venues. Through a centralized content management system, advertisements can be scheduled, updated and monitored remotely across selected locations. This enables local and national brands to reach relevant offline audiences through location-based clusters instead of relying only on traditional outdoor advertising. Pavo Ads aims to make offline advertising more accessible, targeted and operationally efficient for businesses while creating an additional monetisation opportunity for venue partners. The company plans to initially establish its network across premium locations in Delhi and subsequently scale the model to other cities through standardized screen deployment, centralized campaign management and venue partnerships.
