Product Improvement: Our ready to grow vegetable grow kits on rooftops come with the following improvements : 1) modular raised structure that is not only portable but also is a cheaper option to waterproofing thus preventing damage on the roof 2) Beds are portable and can be customized to any size depending on the customer needs and has a shelf life of 7 years 3) Fabric grow bags are reusable and comes with handles that can be easily carried from place to place Process Improvement : 1) One month of free onsite training to the customers on several maintenance aspects 2) 24*7 WhatsApp and email support to the customers to manage any plant related problems Employment Generation: As part of the offering, we offer annual maintenance packages that customers can subscribe to for service which involves the employment of personnel to deliver the services. In phase 2, to ensure that the producers listed on the platform sell only toxin-free vegetables and other food, the produce shall be screened and tested for the presence of chemicals before listing the products. Furthermore, a periodical bulletin showing the levels of chemicals/ pesticides in the food products shall be displayed on the website to maintain transparency. Lastly, the perishable products like vegetables, fruits shall be packed using special packaging to ensure they remain fresh before they reach the end customer.
