Johnnypag Motors Pvt Ltd with CIN U50400KA2011PTC059104 was incorporated on June 10, 2011 in the state of Karnataka with its Registered Office at: Krishik Sarvodaya Foundation Building, No. 15 Golf Avenue Road, Off Old Airport Road, Bangalore – 560 008 by Mr. Shahnawaz Kadavil and Dr. V K Muhamed Kutty as promoters. The Company did not commence any operations till March 31, 2015. Thereafter the Company changed its name to Freshtohome Foods Pvt Ltd (FTH) vide fresh Certificate of Incorporation pursuant to Change of Name dated May 26, 2015 with CIN U51101KA2011PTC059104 and changed its objects vide Certificate of Registration of the Special Resolution Confirming Alteration of Objects Clause(s) dated May 26, 2015 issued by the Office of Registrar of Companies, Bangalore, Karnataka. Freshtohome Foods Private Limited (”Company”) is one of the early start-up tech company to enter the market as a niche player to operate an eCommerce platform under the name www.freshtohome.com to enable retail trade of seafood and meat products. The Company has developed disruptive technology to connect the dots in a business segment which is fractured, unorganized, operated by cartels and inefficient supply chain by providing mobile Apps to SME operators to facilitate sourcing at the right time, right place on a real-time basis.
