https://friendlyhavens.com Friendly Havens is an online platform that enables users to share their homes with friends they choose, across the globe, at no cost. Users when they travel, have access to the homes of their network of friends worldwide again at no cost. The platform enables users to create a profile for themselves, create a network of friends across the globe, to search for availability of homes by destinations and dates and to make and accept bookings of homes. The platform is private and users can choose exactly who can see their profile. As such, the platform aims to provide an alternative mode of accommodation when people travel. By eliminating the cost of the stay, the platform significantly reduces the overall cost of the travel and thereby makes travel more feasible. The platform also provides the ability for users to share content (images, blogs) of their travels if they choose to do so. There is also a Gift Registry which allows guests to choose meaningful gifts that the hosts have selected themselves. Friendly Havens will charge a nominal fee for each booking that a user makes on the platform. The platform will also levy a Host maintenance fee that is to cover the host for post stay clean up costs and a share of the utilities. Hosts will not receive any rental or other fees for providing their homes. The broad vision of the Friendly Havens business is to enable and inspire people to travel. We also aim to deepen relationships between people through the sharing of homes.
